T300 Extreme Filter The T300 Extreme Filter configured with a single roller arm or off arm will enable the operator to feed non-woven fabric through the machine welding together filter tubes. The T300 can be configured for a filter ring placement that will enable the operator to feed a non-woven cover strip, weld the strip onto the filter and cut simultaneously. This high production unit will save time and simplify the process of placing rings on the circumference of the filter tube. • The T300 Extreme hot air and hot wedge welding machine is configured for a wide variety of overlap and edge seams for the production of tents, tarps, covers and any other product you may have. T600 Extreme Flex The T600 Flex hot air and hot wedge welding machine is packaged for the customer who makes a wide variety of different products. Available with hot air, hot wedge or both heat systems, this machine is ready to help you make any product you want. All you will need to do is add a couple guides. Machine comes standard with overlap and hem guide. •The long arm of the machine allows for easy material maneuvering. •Programmable PLC allows you to keep welding perimeters for different materials and seal types. •T600 Flex comes with a standard hem and overlap guide, other guides available according to the customer’s needs. •T600 is already wired so you can use either the hot air or the hot wedge heat system T500 Ring System The T500 Ring and connection welder is a custom designed machine to weld a reinforcement ring around a large ducting. • Weld rings to tubes or ducting for product reinforcement • Automatic tape dispenser and cutter for hands free operation
