(120 kg) Powering a heating revolution—for preheat of moving parts up to 600 degrees Fahrenheit (315°C). Specially designed for heating moving parts The ProHeat 35 rolling induction system is a simple and cost-effective heating solution which delivers fast and consistent heat for pipe fabrication shops that weld pipe spools for the refinery, petrochemical, power and HVAC industries. Optimal consistency and quality • The rolling induction system eliminates the inconsistencies and quality issues associated with open-flame-torch heating methods • Temperature measurement allows operators to set and achieve targeted preheat temperatures easily with limited button pushing • The travel detect system prevents hot spots by controlling output based on travel speeds and turning output off if the part is not moving Rolling inductor shown with optional mounting arm (301119), travel detect system (301183) and infrared temperature sensor (301149). Maximum productivity • Quick time to temperature increases production efficiencies while reducing consumable costs and labor expenses • Heating while rolling the pipe assembly allows for continuous fabrication • Compact and portable to configure around various pipe sizes throughout the fabrication shop Improved safety • Eliminates open flames, reducing burn as well as fumes and explosive gas hazards • Direct heat transfer results in cooler shop environment that reduces operator fatigue and improves work conditions ProHeat 35 power source shown with heavy-duty induction cooler (951686) and optional running gear (195436). ProHeat 35 Rolling Induction System (Continued) ™ Additional Accessories Infrared Temperature Sensor 301149 Eliminate the need for constant manual monitoring. The infrared temperature sensor can read the temperature of a moving part. Set the desired preheat temperature and the system will quickly heat to that temperature and hold it. The sensor can read from 212 to 750 degrees Fahrenheit (100–400°C). Requires infrared sensor connection box 301182. Travel Detect System 301183 Avoid overheating — heating rates automatically adjust to varying travel speeds, and when no movement is detected the...
