Personal Safety • L-shaped light curtains at tested penetration distances, interlocked hinged maintenance gate, dual channel safety circuit, two stationary arc flash barriers, auxiliary axis servo disconnect and robot RT access station monitor are included in the standard safety features. • Utilizes servo disconnect technology, which removes drive power during fixture loading to prevent unexpected motion of the outboard axis. • Robot axis brake releases and servo power indicator lamps on the robot, in concert with external axis brake releases, for increased awareness and easier recovery. • Load station jog function can reduce part-loading related injuries by enabling the operator to rotate the welding fixture to a comfortable position.
