ROBOTIC WELDING SYSTEM Extremely High Productivity • Station indexing time is eliminated, allowing the robot to immediately begin welding on station B when station A is complete. • Available dual robot configuration theoretically doubles production throughput with no additional floor space required. • Standard load station jog provides complete load position flexibility, allowing multi-stage loading or tack and finish welding to occur in a common welding fixture. • Can be coupled with optional TAWERS™ robotic solutions for greater production throughput. • Can be coupled with optional Auto-Axcess® E with INSIGHT™ weld data monitoring system to provide comprehensive feedback on welding activity Manufacturing Flexibility • A fully welded frame, pre-wired and pre-assembled then shipped to you in two sections utilizing quick assembly • Open side wall design permits easy changeover of holding fixtures or weldments by crane or forklift. • Low-mid-high volumes can be welded in single, multiple or progressive fixtures, providing a flexible platform for changing production needs. • The large rotation diameter and long headstock to tailstock span make large weldments possible. • Single- or dual-sided operation allows fixtures or parts to be changed while welding is occurring on the opposite side, minimizing production interruptions, maximizing throughput. Personal Safety • L-shaped light curtains attested penetration distances, interlocked hinged maintenance gate, dual channel safety circuit, two stationary arc flash barriers, auxiliary axis servo disconnect and robot RT access station monitor are included in the standard safety features. • Utilizes servo disconnect technology, which removes drive power during fixture loading to prevent unexpected motion of the outboard axis. • Robot axis brake releases and servo power indicator lamps on the robot, in concert with external axis brake releases, for increased awareness and easier recovery. • Load station jog function can reduce part-loading related injuries by enabling the operator to rotate the welding fixture to a comfortable position.
