Specifications:
The Digital Elite™ Series Auto-Darkening Welding Helmets offer a range of shades for welding (8-13) and cutting (5-8), with four sensors and a TIG rating of 5 amps and below. The switching speed is 1/20,000 second, and the helmet weighs 18 oz. (510 g). The viewing area is 9.22 sq. in. (59.48 sq. cm).

Operating Modes:
The helmet features four modes: weld, cut, grind, and X-Mode™. X-Mode prevents sunlight from darkening the lens before welding starts and addresses low-amperage lens opening issues. The headgear is adjustable for better fit and comfort, and digital controls allow for easy adjustment of shade, delay, and sensitivity. The auto-on/off power control activates the lens at the strike of an arc.

Standards and Warranty:
The helmet meets ANSI Z87.1+, CSA (Cat®–CE, AS NZ) standards and comes with a three-year warranty on the auto-darkening lens, covering parts and labor.

Design Options:
Various design options are available, including Inferno™, Lucky’s Speed Shop™, Cat® Edition 1, Camouflage, Stars and Stripes™ III, Vintage Roadster™, Pink Camo, and Black.

Accessories and Replacement Parts:
