VACUUM PUMPS VACUUM PUMPS POWERFILL VACUUM CONVEYING SYSTEM PORTABLE CONVEYING CONTROL AND VACUUM PUMP The PowerFill integrated vacuum system eliminates the maintenance of a self-contained loader, without adding the complexity of a central vacuum system. Incorporating a peripheral pump that requires no oil or belts, plus an easy-to-clean cartridge filter for dust collection and up to two loading controls, the PowerFill is a versatile, ready-to-use vacuum source for your conveying needs. Simply wheel the PowerFill into position and connect the unit to a three-phase power source. Vacuum connections are made with flex hose. Snap together cable sets provide quick, no-tools connections from the control to one or two vacuum receivers. The PowerFill comes equipped with one or two Selectronic conveying controls. The Selectronic can operate a full range of loading functions including: single material and/or ratio loading; gravity or positive discharge valves; material line purging; and volume or time fill loading. Material flow fault alarms with an output signal are also provided. If you buy a PowerFill with only one Selectronic control, you can easily add a second control in the field to upgrade the unit for use with two vacuum receivers. An optional sequencing valve allows the pump to run between loading cycles, eliminating nuisance start and stop cycles that can reduce pump life. ■ Pump, dust collector & control Because the PowerFill comes with all three, it’s a versatile, ready-to-use vacuum source and control for conveying. ■ Compact, portable design The small footprint preserves valuable floor space and makes the PowerFill easy to move to any conveying station. ■ Easy to install Just tilt the unit, wheel it into place and connect it to a three-phase power source.
