The MigaLOG™ is a newly developed software designed for Migatronic Sigma Galaxy welding machines. It facilitates the easy collection of welding data, aiding in the preparation of procedures and spot checks, and ensures compliance with EN norms for welding assignments.
- Conforms to EN 1090 for data on current, voltage, and wire feed speed.
- Provides heat input data as per EN 1011.
- Tracks total time, gas, and wire consumption for each weld, useful for tender submissions and efficiency calculations.
- Automatic data collection from machine to PC without additional equipment costs.
- Data can be transferred from an SD card to a PC for storage and visualization in Excel.
- Supports data collection for up to 50 welds, with two files saved per weld (DAT and TXT).
- Facilitates procedures, spot checks, and training without the need for specially trained staff.
- Data for up to 50 welds can be saved on an SD card.
- Files are named and registered chronologically on the SD card.
- Once data is transferred to a PC, the SD card is ready for the next set of welds.
