WIND ENERGY PORTFOLIO - 1

For the past 10 years, we have been designing and manufacturing measurement devices for the Wind Energy sector. Offering the utmost quality, reliability and performance in the field, these devices are aimed at addressing a variety of challenges including high measurement sensitivity, harsh environmental constraints such as wide temperature ranges, high vibration, high immunity against electromagnetic interference and surge and lightning protection. What we bring to the table: • Devices designed for at least 10 years of operation • A full design to manufacturing service ensuring long-term performance • Proven concepts and reliability (several thousands of devices in operation in the field). Our “building blocks” can be used as sub-assemblies for a customised solution to be developed with our technical team according to your technical criteria in different areas: • Active and passive vibration damping • Vibration monitoring on your machine or structure • Vibration recording for a mechanical or structural diagnosis • The interpretation of vibration data with the aim of developing a predictive maintenance system The “building blocks” may also be used as subassemblies in a customer-specific solution. If required, all of the “building blocks” can be modified and sold separately depending on your needs. Industrial Accelerometers • High Noise immunity • Special casing for marine environments • Measurements to DC, i.e. possible to accurately obtain very slow motion effects • Versions available with internal reinforced surge and lightning protection that can be installed in different areas including rotor blades (over 1500 devices already installed). • Additional sensors (e.g. temperature) upon request. Long-Term Vibration Logger/Fatigue Counter The RECOVIB.BIG is smart acceleration sensing and logging device to be used in Structural Health Monitoring applications; particularly fatigue counting. Its dual processor architecture includes an ultra-low power core allowing for autonomous operation without external power for up to three months. When external power is available, the second core analyses recorded vibration measurements and communicates results to the external world through an ethernet connection. Attention is paid to aspects of protection against surge and lightning events; EMC...
