Introduction

The MPM281 is a high-stability piezoresistive pressure sensor with isolated construction and precise compensation. It uses a high-stability silicon die and features a stainless steel 316L housing. The sensor is calibrated using laser trimming techniques and is suitable for various pressure measurement fields.

Order Notes
  • Use floating construction during installation to maintain sensor stability.
  • Protect the sensor's isolated diaphragm and ceramic compensated board to avoid damage.
  • The standard Viton O-ring is temperature resistant from -20℃ to 250℃. For temperatures below -20℃ or critical environments, contact the manufacturer.
