Product catalog summary
Features
  • Constructed entirely from stainless steel, the MDM491 is compact and easy to install.
  • It features a welded and fully-sealed design with IP65 housing protection.
  • Utilizes a piezoresistive differential pressure sensor with a 316L isolated diaphragm.
  • Offers temperature compensation and aging for stable performance.
  • Zero and span adjustments are available externally for plug connection versions.
Introduction

The MDM491 is a full-welded differential pressure transmitter that uses silicon oil between the die and diaphragms to transfer pressure. It converts differential pressure into an electrical signal using a semiconductor's piezoresistive effect. This product is suitable for measuring differential pressure in gases and liquids across various industries such as petroleum, chemical, power, and hydrology.

MDM491 Piezoresistive Differential Pressure Transmitter-1

MDM491 Piezoresistive Differential Transmitter MDM491 Piezoresistive Differential Pressure Transmitter Features ·Full stainless steel construction, compact size, easy installation; ·Welding and full-sealed construction; housing protection IP65; ·Using diaphragm; ·Temperature compensation and aging, stable performance; ·Zero and span adjustable outside for plug connection version. Introduction MDM491 Piezoresistive Differential Pressure Transmitter is a compact full-welded (no sealed ring) differential measurement element. Silicon oil is filled in between die and two diaphragms, when the measured differential pressure is added on two diaphragms, the pressure could be transferred onto die through silicon oil. Sensor die connects with amplifier circuit through wires, using semi-conductor’s piezoresistive effect, transforming differential pressure signal into electric signal. The output signal from Weston Bridge on the sensing die has a good linear relationship with differential pressure, so the measured differential pressure could be measured precisely. The whole product is used for differential pressure measurement of various gases and liquids in pipeline in many fields including petroleum, chemi-industry, power station and hydrology, etc. Specification Range Code Pressure Range Static Pressure Zero Thermal Span Thermal Static Pressure Effect http://www.microsensor.cn Add: No.18,Yingda Road Baoji,P.R.China,
