Introduction

The MPM281 is a high-stability piezoresistive pressure sensor with isolated construction and precise compensation. It features a high-stability silicon die and stainless steel 316L housing. The sensor is calibrated using laser trimming techniques and is suitable for various pressure measurement fields.
