The Model F-CC Universal Cable Clamp is designed for securely holding fiber cables and providing strain relief. It features two V-grooves for clamping and can be mounted on an SP Series Support Post or directly to tables and positioners using a stub post with a threaded stud. This clamp is versatile for laboratory use, suitable for small cylindrical optical elements and cables.

UV-Cured Liquid Polymer Adhesives are ideal for fast, high-precision bonding of optics, with over 98% transmission for a 0.25 mm-thick adhesive layer from 400–2000 nm. They can be pre-cured in seconds and fully cured in minutes using a 350–380 nm 100 mW UV mercury spot lamp. Available in 1 oz. applicator bottles.

The fiber can be clamped in place in either of two V-grooves. The two clamping bars can mount on an SP Series Support Post (see page 705) at any convenient height. They lock in place with a knurled thumbscrew. For direct mounting to tables, positioners and post holders, a stub post with a threaded stud is also provided. The stub post can also be used to hold a cable in the outer V-groove when the clamp is post-mounted. The V-groove arrangement makes this clamp useful as a laboratory holder for small cylindrical optical elements as well as optical and electrical cables.
