OPTICAL MIRRORS VALUMAX® series SPHERICAL AND ASPHERICAL LENSES Right-Angle Prisms • BK 7 or UV fused silica • Excellent for beam bending and retroreflection applications • Available in different sizes from 3.2 mm to 50.8 mm BEAM EXPANDERS OPTICAL WINDOWS & CYLINDRICAL & DIFFRACTION GRATINGS ACHROMATIC LENSES • AR coatings improve transmission • Optional aluminized hypotenuse avilable for HT and VALUMAX® prisms These BK 7 and UV grade fused silica right-angle prisms are precision polished to tight tolerances for more demanding applications such as combination for image/beam displacement. For the Precision series, we offer two standard sizes (12.7 mm and 25.4 mm) with a selection of our standard broadband AR coatings, which reduce surface losses but do not affect total internal reflection or the acceptance angle. For the HT (high-tolerance) series we offer 10 different sizes from 3.2 mm to 50.0 mm, with optional aluminzed hypotenuse covered with inconel and black paint for mirror applications. VALUMAX® series optimized the fine balance between performance and cost, making these prisms ideal for OEM applications in the visible and near infrared region. Available in many sizes from 5.0 mm to 50.8 mm either uncoated or with an aluminized hypotenuse overcoated with black paint. SPHERICAL AND ASPHERICAL LENSES OPTICAL MIRRORS Solid Glass Retroreflectors • 180° reflection independent of angle of incidence • 2 arc sec accuracy Sometimes called corner cubes, retroreflectors reflect entering light back 180°, and parallel to the original beam, while both inverting and reversing the image—regardless of its orientation to the beam.
