We improved the performance and simplified the design. Couple one of these arrays to the output of our triple grating MS260i™ or quad grating MS257™ Spectrograph, and you have a superior and very flexible benchtop spectrometer. Just take a look at what you get from an InstaSpec X Benchtop Spectrometer: • Up to 0.11 nm resolution • Acquisition of up to nine spectra simultaneously • Deep TE cooling down to -75º • Open electrode CCD for enhanced UV performance without etaloning • Completely integrated arrays (TE cooler built into detector head) • Powerful InstaSpec Control and Data Acquisition Software Three Models of InstaSpec X We offer three models of InstaSpec X CCDs. All are completely integrated, TE cooled instruments with USB 2.0 interface. They use a 1024x256 pixel array; active area is 26.6 x 6.6 mm. Choose the model based on your spectral range of interest. Use Table 1 and the following discussion as a guide.
