Both have 1.5 Inch Series flanges to couple directly to Oriel Light Sources, and a 1/4-20 tapped hole in the bottom. Both models are driven by a fine resolution stepping motor located in the iris assembly, which can be commanded via a PC or the included controller (this controller can also control the 74041 Motorized Filter Wheel; see page 266 for the 74041). RS-232 and IEEE-488 communications capability are included. Windows™ and LabView™ libraries of drivers and VIs allow easy control. The optional hand controller allows iris and filter wheel control without a PC. • Automated, continuously adjustable light attenuator • Remote control via PC, RS 232 and IEEE-488, or hand controller • Display of aperture reduction Ordering Information Motorized Iris Diaphragms Model Aperture Range inch (mm) 62280 0.08 to 1.4 in. Do not use these in the unfiltered output of sources rated at more than 50 W; use either a liquid filter (page 238), dichroic mirror (page 229) or neutral density filter (page 565) first. • Variable light attenuators • Excellent aperture stops Ordering Information Model Series Size Aperture Range inch (mm) Tapped Hole (1/4-20) 62030 1.5 inch 0.08 to 1.4 in.
