This CCD-based device was designed to facilitate the analysis of micro-beams for intensity profiles, beam shape and position, both pulsed and CW. The objective lenses offered with the system allow measurements in the range of 0.5 ìm to 1.5 mm fields with working distances from 6 mm to 34 mm. The micro-beam analyzer covers the wavelength range of 350 nm to 1100 nm and power levels from ìWatts to Watts achieved with removable ND filters. Features like optical zooming and built-in motorized zooming permit fast beam locating and focusing of the small beams. The powerful software and interfaces available in USB2.0 or PCI formats allow real-time viewing of beam images and data with record and playback features for post analysis. Additional Benefits • Three user-selectable Region of Interests (ROIs) • Centroid and beam width profile calculation to sub micron accuracy • Performs test analysis • Customer set pass/fail test criteria • Real time beam measurements: Beam size at 3 clip levels with Gaussian fit, total intensity (sum profile) along XY axes, and XY profiles selectable by anchor point & rotation • Real time position measurements • Data logging with detailed statistics • Save/View images, snapshot files • Digital Zooming • Data exporting to another computer via RS-232 • 350 - 1100 nm spectral range • 2D/3D intensity plots and X and Y profiles • Real-time beam profile characteristics and statistics • Video capture with playback for future analysis • Trigger level and camera gain controllable for pulsed lasers • High dynamic range through electronic shutter and gain adjustments Applications • Laser diode profiling • Fiber output beam profiling • Gaussian fit analysis • Quality control • Beam alignment Extensive software beam analysis tools.
