We offer eight standard dielectric coatings for HeCd, Argon-Ion, HeNe, low-power Nd:YAG, and diode lasers. Each achieves greater than 99% reflectance, from 0–45° angle of incidence, for any polarization. These mirrors are available in sizes from 12.7–203.2 mm (0.5–8.0 in.) diameters and in two elliptical sizes. 1.44 0.96 0.48 0.00 -0.48 -0.96 -1.44 Surface Microroughness (nm) Distance on Surface in Microns (20.2x) 0 131 262 393 523 654 Typical Mirror Surface Profile RMS: 0.337 nm RA: 0.274 nm PV: 1.90 nm • High efficiency narrowband reflectivity • Rs, Rp >99% at a laser line • Over 35 types of substrates and 8 coatings to choose from Specifications Diameter Tolerance [in.
