Offered in 25.4 mm or 50.8 mm diameters, ultrahard multilayer coatings are optimized for high-energy pulses and high damage thresholds. Specifications Material UV grade fused silica Surface Flatness ë/10 at 632.8 nm over the clear aperture Diameter Tolerance +0/-0.13 Thickness Tolerance ±0.38 Clear Aperture central 85% of diameter Surface Quality 10-5 scratch-dig Wedge 30 ± 15 arc min Angle of Incidence 45° ± 3° Coating (First surface) 50% Reflection ± 3% @ 45 deg AOI P or S Polarization Coating (Second surface) V-Coat AR optimized for 45 deg AOI R<0.5% at specified wavelength Cleaning Non-abrasive method, acetone or isopropyl alcohol on lens tissue recommended see Care and Cleaning of Optics (see page 622) Durability MIL-C-675C, moderate abrasion Damage Threshold HBS.33: 1 MW/cm2 CW, 10 J/cm2 with 10 nsec pulses at 1064 nm, typical Note: Reflection and transmission at wavelengths other than the specified wavelengths are uncontrolled and can vary significantly from the curve shown.
