Two types of diffusers are available, a flashed opal glass that passes 400 to 2000 nm, and a UV diffuser that transmits from 200 to 2000 nm. • Reduce measurement errors • UV-NIR and VIS-NIR models available Ordering Information Model Optic Material Transmittance Range 77656 Flashed Opal 400 - 2000 nm 77657 UV 200 - 2000 nm Laser to Fiber Coupler This fiber coupler uses an achromatic GRIN® lens to focus a 400 to 900 nm TEM00 laser beam into a single fiber. One end has a 1-32 external thread to screw to a laser head; the other has an SMA connector to couple to the fiber. The focus of the lens is at its end; the fiber is screwed in until it butts against the lens. The coupler has a tilt plate mechanism. Tilting the lens and fiber plate with respect to the beam causes the focused spot to move across the fiber end for precise positioning at the fiber core.
