Featuring our unique Stabilizer™ hybrid chamber design, these isolators offer the largest compliance volume, and therefore the best vertical isolation of any compact isolators. The extremely low profile design allows integration into a large variety of small machines. Automatic releveling maintains platform stability. The CM-225 is also available in an Ultra-Clean version (UCM-225) for use in cleanroom environments.
