Using a novel patented fabrication technique, parallelism up to 1 arc sec and wavefront distortion ë/3 is economically achieved. Coatings are available for UV, visible, and IR, with damage threshold typically 100 W/cm2 CW or 10 mJ/cm2 with 10 nsec pulses.
