Our beam steerers have two fully adjustable mirror mounts, allowing entering beams to be nonparallel to the table surface. Adjust the bottom mirror to center the beam on the top mirror, then adjust the top mirror to steer the beam to the desired location. ULTIMA® Mirror Mounts with 45° mirror holders for 1 in. (25.4 mm) diameter mirrors allow your beam to be precisely positioned. Sliding clamps on a solid stainless steel post, 8 in. (203.2 mm) high, when assembled, provide height adjustment with high stability. If a taller beam steerer is required, simply attach an extension post (see page 712). The beam steerer is securely mounted anywhere on an optical table using the stainless steel clamping fork. Two 1 in. (25.4 mm) diameter mirrors must be ordered separately see page 514.
