SPECTRA-PHYSICS 163D AIR-COOLED ION LASER SYSTEMS The 163D air-cooled ion laser system delivers high power in a compact package design. The small footprint and electrical interface make the 163D compatible with the Uniphase 2011 Air-Cooled Laser System.
