Open the catalog to page 1SPECTRA-PHYSICS 163A AIR-COOLED ION LASER SYSTEMS The 163A air-cooled ion laser system delivers high power in a compact package design. The small footprint and electrical interface make the 163A compatible with the Uniphase 2001 Air-Cooled Laser System. The plasma tube is based on Spectra-Physics’ proven Metal/BeO tube technology and patented “Wavelength Selective Mirrors,”* which ensures this laser will provide higher power while maintaining exceptional lifetime.
