Brake Actuators for OEM Drive Axles

Product catalog summary
Overview: MICO® Hydraulic Brake Actuators are designed for direct installation on CNH off-highway, heavy-duty drive axles. These actuators provide hydraulic control to apply and release the axle brakes, integrating with the internal brakes operated by mechanical pull-rods.
Specifications: The actuators are compatible with CNH D-45, D-60, and D-62 series drive axles. They are designed for use with mineral base hydraulic oil and can be installed with minimal modifications to the original axle. The units are enclosed, making them suitable for adverse environmental conditions.
Features: The actuators offer both service and parking brake functions, depending on the model. They are designed to be robust and reliable in various conditions.
Model Details: The document lists several models with specific parameters such as pull rod thread size, minimum spring apply force, minimum spring release pressure, hydraulic apply effective area, and maximum pressures. For example, model 03-460-220 is compatible with D-60 & D-62 axles, has a pull rod thread of 1/2-20, and a minimum spring apply force of 940 lb.
Installation Notes: All models have a stroke of 0.5 inches, and the maximum spring release pressure is 3000 PSI. The hydraulic apply pull rod force is calculated by multiplying the hydraulic apply pressure by the effective area.
Contact Information: MICO, Incorporated is located in North Mankato, MN, USA. For further inquiries, contact details are provided, including a phone number and fax.
