The Patented SPEED-DISP tray denesting system is setting a new standard for industrial traydenesting. The inside mechanical system is developed to handle and denest nearly all kind of stackabletrays. Many tray denesting systems on the market require a space between the trays in the stack atminimum 4 till 5 mm. SPEED-DISP is denesting trays with a space of only 0,5 mm. less space is also accepted, dependingon the trays quality and material. The denesting speed is up till 120 trays / minute. SPEED-DISPiseven capable to denest with higher speed, again depending on the trays quality. Difficult trays such as trays with little space and alu trays are denested without problems, and still withdenesting speed never seen before. The change till another tray format is easily done in a short time. Only need to change the denester“head” in combination with 2 pcs. air tubes. The change over takes less than one minute, and is easilydone by the people in the production area. Even with the need for several different trays, SPEED-DISP is still a competitive investment. Also we offer customer specified solutions such as twin head. SPEED-DISP is pneumatic operated, and only needs signal from a pneumatic valve (5/2) to control thedenesting speed and sequence.
