ECOFLUX Flux Types
  • Series 2000
    • 2300/1: Alcohol-based, super-active with a density of 0.838±0.005.
    • 2500/S1: Alcohol-based, spray only, comparable to super-active.
    • DELCO: Thinner for series 2000, used for washing baths, porous stones, and PCBs.
  • Series 3000
    • 3000/1: Water/alcohol-based (50%-50%), most active with a density of 0.895±0.005.
    • 3000/3: Water/alcohol-based (25%-75%), active with a density of 0.865±0.005.
    • 3000/CAS2: Water/alcohol-based, super-active for automatic machines.
  • Series 4000
    • 4000: VOC-free, 100% water-based with a density of 1.005±0.002.
Application Methods
ECOFLUX fluxes can be applied by immersion using foam fluxing or spray flux technology. They are compatible with both lead-free and lead-tin alloys. For optimal results, refer to their technical sheets.
