The EASY UNROAL P motorized unwinder allows automatic unwinding of cables stored in coils and reels up to 400 mm in diameter and up to a maximum of 35kg. A system of slotted pins allows the coils to be unwound, while cables stored on reels can be unwound using the central shaft alone. EASY UNROAL P has been deisgned to be used in line with automatic cable cutting and stripping machines when you need toh ave the unipolar cable free of the bends due to storage on small skeins or coils. This peculiarity is made possible by the managment of the speed of the drawing rollers, of the rotating shaft where the material is stored and of the pressure of the pulleys through the compression of two springs. A sensor placed at the end of the two metal columns, with moving parts inside them, allows the START/STOP of the motors once the use of the material is requested.
