NAILING TOOLS STA 500

NAILING TOOLS STA 500

Product catalog summary
Application Range: The STA 500 is designed for bottom nailing of oversized cartons and attaching them to wooden pallets. It allows for both stapling and nailing without adjustments, accommodating single, double, and triple corrugated cardboard. The stapler's application is determined by the staple type used, either straight or preformed.
Functionality: The tool operates by placing the long handle stapler vertically on the cardboard and moving the handle downward in a jerking motion. This action bends the staple on a stable surface or penetrates wood during nailing. A steel plate is recommended to protect the floor during stapling.
Technical Data: The STA 500 is a mechanical tool compatible with staple series 300 and 500, with leg lengths ranging from 15 to 35 mm. It features a practical screw thread to adjust the work height according to material thickness, allowing the use of smaller (300 series) or larger (500 series) staples.
Special Features: The device includes a screw thread for height adjustment and supports different staple sizes based on material thickness.
Specifications:
  • Weight: 3.3 kg
  • Capacity: 130 staples for 300 series, 80 staples for 500 series
  • Staple Size: Crown 36 mm, Legs 15 – 35 mm, Wire diameter 1.1 x 1.5 / 1.3 x 2.4 mm
