Flexible packaging for pouches & bags. meurer CM/FP Fall Packer A new version of meurer’s CM/FP Fall Packer designed specifically for bags, pouches and pillow packs. The pouches, fed lying flat, are transferred to the grouping station via the transport belt. Pouches are shingled by the collator and grouped layers then drop safely into the case. Multiple rows are formed by moving the case from side to side. After filling, the case is transferred to the compression station whereby the collated poduct is comressed and then the case sealed.

The number of rows, widths and layers that can be placed varies according to the product and size of the case formats can be changed and re-applied via the operator control panel.
