UPM Nordland Papier’s papermaking complex is the largest mill in Europe, with an annual capacity of 1,400,000 tonnes per year. Three new paper machine drive control systems are integrated with existing machinery and process control systems. The integrated control network solves reliability problems and rationalizes spare parts and service life cycle costs.
