The CARY® autonomous mobile robot weighs 90 kg and has dimensions of 1038x402x678 mm. It can reach a maximum speed of 0.75 m/s and operates for up to 6 hours per battery charge. The robot is rated with a protection class of IP20 and operates within a temperature range of +10°C to +40°C. It can be transported in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +55°C and functions optimally in humidity levels between 20% and 60% rH. The minimum passage width required is 80 cm, with a ground clearance of 17 mm or 5%.
The robot uses an LFMP battery with a nominal capacity of 60 Ah and an operating voltage of 26 V. It has a lifetime of at least 1500 discharge cycles at 80% depth of discharge (DOD) and a self-discharge rate of ≤ 3%. Charging from 0% to 80% takes approximately 3 hours.
The power supply is provided by a MetraLabs autonomous charging station (ACS) with a maximum input power of 1200 W.
The robot is equipped with Brushless DC electric motors (BLDC) with a typical torque of 19.4 Nm and a maximum torque of 81 Nm.
The fork has a minimum height of 110 mm, a lifting height of 36 mm, and can handle a maximum payload of 200 kg. The width of the fork is 230 mm.
Safety features include vertical and horizontal safety laser scanners, a warning light, blinker, Blue Spot, acoustic warning system, and a bumper.
The robot is equipped with a proximity switch and a camera for dolly detection.
