HHT HAND-HELD TERMINAL
The HHT hand-held terminal is designed to facilitate data collection from meters tested on MeterTest’s ASTeL system. It allows data to be read from a meter and stored in the terminal's memory using either an integrated keyboard or an optional laser barcode reader. The terminal can connect to a computer via a docking port for fast data transmission and can be used across multiple meter test systems equipped with docking ports.
The HHT is a portable computer running on the Windows® CE operating system. It features a high-resolution, touch-sensitive backlit LCD display for easy operation. Data entry is made efficient with a humidity-resistant keyboard available in different configurations (28, 38, or 48 keys). The optional laser barcode reader enhances data collection speed and accuracy, with an adjustable rotating scanner head suitable for both left and right-handed users.
