The Metenova Mixer ZG10 Mix Head is constructed from Hastelloy C22 with a female sleeve made of Silicon Carbide (SiC). It features FDA & USP class VI compliant EPDM O-rings, with optional alternatives available in Kalrez, Silicone, and Viton. The surface roughness is Ra ≤ 0.5 µm, and it is electro-polished using non-animal origin compounds. The operating temperature range is 5°C to 150°C, and it can handle a pH range of 1 to 14.
