Arcspray 170-CL CLOSED-LOOP CURRENT CONTROL The new Metallisation Arc170 offers high throughput with large diameter wires (1/8” and 3/16”), and is the recommended system for large scale, anti-corrosion applications. The Arc170's proven and patented Synchrodrive push/pull system has no motor in the pistol, resulting in a lighter, more manoeuvrable hand-held spray gun which has a 10m wire dispense distance. The system's robust design also includes the established Constant Geometry (CG) head, which ensures a smooth and consistent spray quality. In addition, the new 700amp energiser gives high spray rates for reduced spraying times over large areas. It is includes a simple PLC in the sealed enclosure and offers closed-loop current control for excellent reliability in the harshest of environments.
