General Features
The TCH-1000 tracked dumper, also known as the "Evolution Line," is designed with a hydrostatic transmission and oscillating rollers in the center of the track to overcome obstacles. It features a wide rubber track area for low ground pressure, high stability, and excellent driving comfort. The dumper is powered by a 20 hp water-cooled Diesel engine with an electric start and offers two driving speeds. It includes a hydrostatic transmission with two piston pumps and two orbital motors, with steering achieved through track rotation. Safety features include servo levers with automatic reset and a parking brake lever. The dumping skip has a 180° swiveling discharge, and there is an optional hydraulic power take-off with a delivery of 21 l/min at 210 bar.

The operational weight of the dumper is 1100 kg, with a maximum payload of 1000 kg. The engine is a Kubota D902 with a displacement of 898 cm³ and three cylinders, providing a maximum power of 15.3 kW (20.5 hp) at 3000 rpm. The dumper has a specific ground pressure of 0.21 kg/cm² when empty and 0.42 kg/cm² when loaded. It can reach a maximum speed of 5.5 km/h and handle gradients up to 60%. The fuel tank capacity is 15.2 liters, and the hydraulic oil tank capacity is 26 liters. The track width is 230 mm, and the steering system operates through independent tracks with spring and screw tensioning.
