Applications
Single-block cubic exchangers made of K treated GRAPHILOR 3 (Impregnated Graphite) are designed for use in Fine Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals. They are particularly suitable for co-current and counter-current condensers, boilers, and evaporators on reactors, and are usable on GMP units.

Principle
The GRAPHILOR 3 block is compressed between steel assembly plates, with glass cylindrical header pipes on two faces. These covers are held by a metallic flange.

Manufacturing and Usage Conditions
The maximum pressure on the process side is limited by glass header pipe specifications, while the service side can handle up to 3.5 bars g. The equipment is characterized by its name, which includes header pipe type, drilling on process and service sides, and block height.
