lAW-t \ftOWf We cut any type of silicone gasket or piece according to the standards or to the client's needs. In this section we can die-cut, cut by hand, water jet or blade any shape. In addition, the CNC control of the water jet allows us to fabricate a unit with a CAD drawing. Although our specialty is silicone and PTFE, we can supply any type of die-cut flat gasket in any rubber (FKM, SBR, NBR, EPDM, CN, CR, PU, etc.), as well as technical plastic (PA, PE, PP, PVC, TVT, etc.) and compressed cardboard. The most common standards are DIN, ASA, ASME, API. Depending on the materials chosen, our gaskets can be suitable for food contact. We have our own section for the manufacture of molds, tools and dies, which allows us to offer a very dynamic service, with very short delivery dates, at highly competitive prices. We have highly specialized personnel in the manufacture, cutting and welding of any type of flat gasket, as well as adequate machinery to cut sealing gaskets according to customer requirements. We can manufacture parts or silicone washer with all types of bases: standard insulating silicone (MVQ), conductive silicone, vapor resistant silicone, fluorosilicone (FVMQ), very high temperature silicone (THT), very low temperature silicone (PMVQ), platinum cured silicone, food grade silicone in compliance with FDA (CFR21 section 177.2600), BgVV (recommendation XV) and medical grade silicone can comply with USP class VI. Consult our large stock of gaskets, gaskets cut from compressed cardboard, flange gaskets according to DIN and ASA standards. On request we can cut flat joints under other standards (minimum quantities required).
