Silicone Molded/Welded Silicone Gaskets Our compact silicone standard is 65 shore A in translucid color, although we can make from 20 to 85 shore A in any basic color and any RAL custom-made from 25 Kg, as well as in luminescent, fluorescent, or metallic colors. Our manufacturing process allows us to supply any type of shape under drawing or sample, both in small, medium or large series, with or without textile, metallic or two-component insert. We punch and cut any type of silicone gasket or silicone part to measure, according to the client's needs. Although our specialty is silicone and PTFE, we can supply any type of molded gasket or die-cut flat gasket in any rubber (FKM, SBR, NBR, EPDM, CN, CR, etc.), as well as technical plastic (PA, PE, PVC, TVT, etc.) and compressed cardboard. We have our own section for the manufacture of molds, tools and dies, which allows us to offer a very dynamic service, with very short delivery times and extremely competitive prices. We can manufacture parts or silicone washer with all types of bases: standard insulating silicone (MVQ), conductive silicone, vapor resistant silicone, fluorosilicone (FVMQ), very high temperature silicone (THT), very low temperature silicone (PMVQ), platinum cured silicone, food grade silicone in compliance with FDA (CFR21 section 177.2600), BgVV (recommendation XV) and medical grade silicone can comply with USP class VI.
