PTFE Films and sheets in PTFE By using processes of moulding and skiving, we can manufacture sheets and films in pure PTFE and filled PTFE. These can be treated chemically on one side so as to be able to add an adhesive or in the case of pure PTFE they can be supplied with an adhesive layer. Pure PTFE Films: we keep in permanent stock skived film in thicknesses of 0,1 mm - 0,2 mm - 0,3 mm y 0,4 mm and 300 mm wide, in thicknesses of 0,5 mm – 1 mm and 1,5 mm in 600 mm wide and in thicknesses of 1,5 mm – 2 mm – 3 mm and 4 mm in 1200 mm wide, minimum orders being of 5 kg or 1 metre per position. One side treated films are supplied in multiples of one metre for standard thicknesses. Pure PTFE Films with silicone adhesive: our standard dimensions are rolls of 1000 mm width, thicknesses of 0,08 mm - 0,13 mm - 0,25 mm and 0,50 mm and thirty metres length. We can also supply slit rolls to measure always respecting the full length of the roll. PTFE sheets: we can mould sheets in thicknesses of 1 mm to 90mm with dimensions of 1000 mm x 1000 mm, 1200 mm x 1200 mm and 1500 mm x 1500 mm, in pure PTFE and above 3mm thickness in filled PTFE.
 Ask for our stock items in 1200 mm x 1200mm size. From sheets and film we can machine-tool or die-cut any part or strip given a drawing, as well as manufacture coloured PTFE with a minimum quantity.
