Fully automatic big batching winder for film with or without backing fabric designed for a max winding diameter of 1.800 mm and a max winding speed of 100 m/min. The winder driven by most modern servo motors and for tensionless operation is equipped with automatic batch change and straight cross section of the fabric together with different A-frames which can either be provided with mounted winding roller or pneumatically expandable batching shafts.
