Static Filter Elements
These filters feature mini-pleat high efficiency paper filter packs arranged in a V-shape within a rigid container. They are available in nominal sizes of 24”w x 24”h x 12”d and 24”w x 12”h x 12”d. Efficiency ratings include ASHRAE rated at 75, 85, 95, and 98%, and DOP rated at 95 and 99.98%.
These disposable filter panels are sealed in a high wet-strength, moisture-resistant beverage board container. Available nominal sizes are 24”w x 24”h x 6”d and 24”w x 24”h x 4”d. The media consists of high loft non-woven synthetic fibers, providing high dust loading capacity and low operating pressure drop.
These reusable holding frames accept media pleat packs that self-seal upon installation. Nominal sizes include 24”w x 24”h x 6”d, 24”w x 24”h x 4”d, and 24”w x 24”h x 2”d. The frames are made from galvanized, stainless steel, or plastic materials. The media used is high loft non-woven synthetic fibers, ensuring high dust loading capacity and low operating pressure drop.
