Description
The Menardi/Pneumafil TMP line of high efficiency static barrier air filters is designed for gas turbine inlet air applications. These filters incorporate advanced filter media and pleating technology, offering a range of filtering efficiencies, high volumetric airflow, low operating pressure drop, and high dust holding capacity. The TMP filters are available in two sizes and use a wet-laid hydrophobic micro glass fiber paper medium that is stable and does not shed fibers. Each filter element includes eight media packs sealed in V-shaped arrangements, forming a rigid filter element with an integrated mounting flange. Filters can be installed for upstream or downstream service without performance variance and are designed to operate in up to 100% relative humidity.

Construction
Nominal dimensions are 24”w x 24”h x 12”d and 24”w x 12”h x 12”d, with net filter areas of 193 ft² and 97 ft². Efficiency ranges include ASHRAE 75%, 85%, 95%, and 98%, and DOP 95% and 99.8%. The frame is made of injection molded plastic and galvanized steel, with an all-plastic option available. The filter media is glass fiber paper, mini-pleated into mats, and the gasket material is EVA. The filters have a flammability rating of Class 2 UL.
