Pressure Sensors The MLX90132 is fully integrated multi-protocol RFID/NFC Transceiver. It requires a minimal number of external components thereby reducing system cost. The device features 6 modes of operation with enhanced tag and field detection which makes it the least power consuming NFC device on the market. BLDC Motor Control ICs InfraRed Sensors The MLX90132 has an embedded tag emulation capability. When in the presence of a reader and if instructed to do so by the appropriate protocol commands, the MLX90132 acts as a transponder. The MLX90132 is packaged in a 5x5mm QFN package and rated for operation over -40 to +105°C. It is manufactured and qualified according to AEC-Q100 automotive standard Optoelectronic Sensors MLX90132 has both tag and field detection capabilities. The tag detection capability is based on the detection of a variation in the device HF field. If a metallic object approaches or moves away from the antenna, it influences the amplitude of the HF field. The device is able to detect any HF field variation for a very short period of field presence. If the new field value is outside a prerecorded field range, the device wakes up the microcontroller and initiates communication with the tag. Hall Effect ICs And Sensors The MLX90132 has 6 power modes for optimal power consumption. In ready state current consumption is 2.5mA. The 90132 supports ISO/IEC 18092 or NFC protocol. It is also compliant with ISO/IEC 14443A and B, ISO/ IEC 15693 which makes it a multiprotocol RFID transceiver as well as an NFC device.
