Micro precision machining Construction and production of thin-walled parts with down to 0,1 mm ”wall thickness” and tolerances at ± 5 μm are made possible through our perfect set up in the form of climate-control, separate machine foundation and high-tech turning and milling machines. We are machining in all metals, eg titanium, stainless steel, aluminum and a number of plastic materials as for instance peek. Lasercutting and welding Through the climate-controlled fiber laser cutting and welding, even ultra-thin micro mechanical components from 0,03 mm to 1,0 mm with tolerances from ± 5 μm can be machined with high automated laser technology. We cut in metalls and plast with minimal heat impact on the material. The picture illustrates a project where a 0.025 mm track in 0.2 mm spring steel is cut. Laser engraving Laser engraving is used to ensure unique traceability within the medical industry as well as for the labeling of turned and milled parts and metal nameplates in combination with a silk-screen printed logo in several colors. We can engrave on stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper and a variety of plastic materials. Etching and bending Contrary to the traditional mechanical sheet processing, the etching technology allows costeffective production of extremely complex geometries and tolerances, in material thicknesses up to 1,0 mm in stainless steel, copper, nickel silver, brass. Typically, bending of the parts will be performed afterwards to obtain the desired design.
