Laser welding achieves shorter welding time and increased productivi ty, an automated welding with high uniform quality and efficient control of the heat, so that even ultra-thin fine mechanics can be welded with minimal heat influence of the material. Materials We can work in many different materials, such as stainless steel, nickel silver, aluminum or we can weld different materials in thicknesses from 0,03 to 1,0 mm. If you are interested in the manufacturing processes up to laser welding, we naturally also have the opportunity to offer this in the form of the technologies punching, etching and laser cutting. Best precision on the market Laser welding of fine mechanical components at Mekoprint is produced with high precision on a highly stabalised machine with a foundation made of granite. The machine’s direct drive axes ensure a positioning accuracy of ±0,003 mm and a repetition accuracy of ±0,001 mm, which is the absolute best on the market. Vision control systems With our optical measurement technology from the German manufac turer, “GOM” we can measure micro parts and secure that the items are according to the specifications. The system is excellent for measuring complex geometries such as curved surfaces and inner curves.
