Introduction
Megadyne has introduced a new range of timing belts, MEGAPAINT, specifically designed for conveyor and transfer lines in painting systems. These belts are available in 8M and 14M pitches and are free from silicone and contaminants, ensuring perfect painted surfaces.

Specifications
The MEGAPAINT belts are designed to meet car manufacturers' standards, with tests conducted by the Fraunhofer-Institut für Produktionstechnik und Automatisierung IPA. They offer high resistance to ozone and lubricating oils, operate in temperatures from -25°C to +100°C (or -40°C to +120°C for Titanium), and require no maintenance or lubrication. The belts are interchangeable with HTD, RPP, and PCGT pulley profiles.

Structure
The belts feature tensile cords made from fiber glass (Silver3), K-glass (Gold2), or carbon cord (Titanium), providing high elasticity and special surface treatment. The tooth fabric is highly wear-resistant, and the body compound is made of NBR or HNBR, ensuring high purity and no contaminants.

Main Features
The belts are available in various lengths and pitches, with specific dimensions provided for 8M and 14M types. Custom pitch length tolerances are available for fixed center distance applications.
