SOLVENT DEGREASING MACHINES The solvent machines we produce are suitable for new generation solvents, which have a low-boiling point, are non-flammable and non-ozone depleting. This kind of machines with the help of ultrasonics, filtering systems, fast drying through solvent condensation, permit the best level of precision cleaning, without any residual or risk of oxidation, in the fastest time possible. This is why this is the favourite solution for the most important multinational companies in many fields: aeronautics and aerospace, precision mechanics, automotive, medical and watchmaking. The consumption of energy is low since these solvents do not require high temperatures and do not require hot air drying. In addition, many of our machines have a total heat pump system, which uses the heat, produced by the refrigerating system, to boil the solvent. These machines are usually equipped with a tank designated to solvent boiling and a tank for immersion of the parts, loaded into a stainless steel basket, and their degreasing in solvent. The ultrasonics allow to reach every zone of the part to clean, even the most difficult ones like blind holes, cavities, bends, inside tubes, etc. After this phase, the parts are rinsed in a vapour zone over the immersion tank and then dried and cooled through condensing/cooling coils. To start the cleaning cycle is necessary to load the basket on a loading position, where an automatic robotic handling system will collect the basket and move to next steps, and return at the end of the cycle in the same loading position or a specific unloading position. The solvent is continuously distilled and regenerated. It boils, it evaporates creating vapour useful to rinse the parts after immersion, it condenses on the coils, it liquefies and go into a channel towards the filtration system and returns in the immersion tank, where it is always perfectly clean.
