Ultrasonic cleaning line UCT KOMBI DESCRIPTION Standard ultrasonic cleaning tanks represent the essential equipment for a company which needs a precision cleaning. Those units enable a cleaning, but not rinsing and drying. From this comes the evolution of the cleaning tanks, which is the UCT KOMBI LINE. This machine is composed by an ultrasonic cleaning tank with oil separator, a rinsing tank and a hot air drying oven (as alternative option a model with demineralised rinsing), is the smallest version of the lines that allow a complete water and detergent cleaning cycle, requiring minimum amount of space and investment. The parts, introduced in a specific basket, are immersed in the first ultrasonic cleaning tank for an adjustable time in accordance with the shape of the parts, type and quantity of contamination to remove. The oil separator allows the separation of neat oil and therefore considerably longer duration. During the following stages, the parts get easily rinsed and dried, resulting ready for further production stages in a few minutes.
