AUTOMATIC ULTRASONIC DEGREASING MACHINE WITH CARBON FILTER AND PPM DETECTOR 2S 8/6–P–F + TA 10/1 Application and productivity: The machine was designed and manufactured for the precision cleaning of any metal parts coming from different machines tools processes. It is fully automated and totally equipped with all the accessories, which make it extremely functional and easy to use and maintain. This machine was specifically designed for use with low environmental impact solvents, non-flammable, low boiling and extremely efficient in the degreasing. The degreasing installation also allows the equipment to use co-solvent, increasing considerably the cleanliness result that grants the cleaning of parts significant residuals like oils, greases, inks and, in some cases, polishing and lapping paste. Dry parts without any kind of contamination is the result of the 2S 8/6-P-F + TA 10/1 cleaning process and after that any single part will be ready for the next step. This machine has small physical size and involves short cycle times using a very little energy.
